Applications are being accepted for need-based financial assistance to attend speech and debate camps. Highest priority in funding is for students who have had limited opportunity to attend a camp and who are unable to do so without financial assistance. Applications for all areas of speech and debate will be considered; priority will be given to supporting those areas for which no alternative sources of support currently exist.
Criteria for evaluation of applications are (a) financial need, (b) commitment to the activity, and (c) citizenship within the community. Although the Foundation continues to accept requests from students who have received support previously, first-time recipients will be given priority if funds become limiting. More information on past scholarship recipients can be found here.
Submission of an application implies that the student and parent/guardian confirm that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
